Chiller and Ice water

In hot regions and projects where concrete quality is important, concrete temperature is an important factor. In order to increase the temperature of the concrete to the desired levels, chillers and ice water units are used. If these units do not provide sufficient heat, ice machines are used to supplement it.

When cement and water meet during concrete mixing, an exothermic reaction occurs and a large amount of heat is released. In order to remove this heat, prevent water loss from the concrete and prevent the concrete setting time from being negatively affected, it is essential to cool the concrete. Our concrete cooling units specially designed for this stage perform an endothermic reaction by removing the necessary heat.

The capacity of your machine is calculated according to the location you will use it in, your water inlet temperature and the desired water outlet temperature. After receiving the machine, your machine will be ready for use when the water installation connection you will make with your water tank and the supply electricity connection you will make with your distribution panel are completed.
