Mobile Ice Plant

Mobile ice plants are the combination of ice machine, ice storage system, ice transfer system and ice weighing system. 2 containers are placed on top of each other. The upper container contains the ice machine and the lower container contains the ice storage system. 40HC or 20HC container can be selected according to capacity.

The ice machine can be produced as a flake ice machine or plate ice machine. Machines with a maximum daily production capacity of 60 tons of flake ice and 120 tons of plate ice can be placed in a single container.

Full Automatic Ice Storage

The ice rake system installed inside the container stacks the ice when there is no concrete production. The rake system in the ice plant storage, which works in communication with the concrete plant during concrete production, starts working in the discharge direction and transmits the ice to the ice scale via augers. When the desired kg is caught, it continues to stock automatically again.

There is also a semi-automatic storage system that is not fully automatic. In semi-automatic systems, personnel in the ice storage throw the ice into the auger with the help of a shovel.
